Terms

Who we are. Price Pulse is an information service. We sell sports betting information by subscription and provide no gambling services: we don’t accept bets, hold funds, run competitions or offer prizes. Any bets you place are with a licensed bookmaker of your choice.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to bet where you live. Void where prohibited.

What you buy. A monthly digital subscription to our private Telegram group. Delivery: the bot sends your invite link immediately after payment.

Price and billing. Membership costs £19.99 a month. Members who join before 15 November 2026 pay £9.99 for their first month. Your card is charged in advance through Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. Promotion codes are applied at checkout and have no cash value.

No advice, no guarantees. Our posts are information and opinion, not financial advice. Betting involves risk and you can lose money. Past results are no guide to the future. You’re responsible for your own bets and stakes.

Acceptable use. Your membership is personal. Don’t share, forward or resell our content or invite links. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.

Intellectual property. Everything we post belongs to Price Pulse.

Availability. We aim to post regularly but don’t promise a set number of bets. We may change or pause the service.

Liability. We’re not liable for losses from bets you choose to place. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination. We may end your membership if you break these terms.

Changes. We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell members in the group before changes take effect.

Governing law. The laws of England and Wales apply. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Privacy

Price Pulse is the controller of your personal data. We collect:

• Your Telegram ID, username and name, to run your membership and group access.
• Your email and billing details, collected by Stripe at checkout. We see your email, name and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
• Your payment status, from Stripe.
• Messages you send us, so we can reply.

Why. To take payments, manage group access, give support, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Sharing. Stripe processes payments and Telegram delivers messages. Both may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. We never sell your data.

Keeping it. While you’re a member, and payment records for up to six years for tax.

This website. No tracking cookies or analytics. Our web host logs IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling. Cancel any time in @PricePulseValueBot (opens in a new tab): tap Status, then Cancel subscription. No further payments are taken, and you keep access to the end of your paid period. Cancelling doesn’t refund a payment by itself.

Your first payment. Ask @ZhangWhangValue (opens in a new tab) within 14 days and we’ll refund your first payment in full.

Renewals. Renewal payments aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error.

Chargebacks. You agree to contact us first about any payment problem. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may end your access.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we retry over the next 24 hours. If it still can’t be collected, your membership ends, you leave the group and nothing is charged for that month.

How refunds are paid. Back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
