Price Pulse

1. Who we are

Price Pulse provides sports betting information to members through a private Telegram group. We do not take bets, hold your money, run competitions, or offer prizes; you place any bets yourself, with a licensed bookmaker of your choice. 2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and allowed to bet where you live.

3. Membership and payment

Membership costs £24.95 a month. It is charged in advance by card through Stripe and renews every month until you cancel. Your access starts as soon as your first payment goes through: the bot sends your private invite straight away. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. Promotion codes, when we offer them, are applied before you pay and have no cash value.

4. Information, not advice

Our posts are information and opinion, not financial advice. Betting involves risk and you can lose money. Past results do not guarantee future results. You decide what to bet and how much.

5. Your membership is personal

Do not share, resell, or forward our posts or invite links. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time in @PricePulseValueBot: tap Status, then Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days on request. Renewal payments are not refundable once taken, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. 7. Availability

We aim to post regularly, but we do not promise a set number of bets.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses from bets you choose to place. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and tell members in the group before the changes take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

1. Who is responsible

Price Pulse is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us on Telegram at @ZhangWhangValue (opens in a new tab).

2. What we collect

• Your Telegram user ID, username, and name, so we can run your membership and group access.
• Your email address and billing details, collected by Stripe at checkout. We can see your email, your name, and the last four digits of your card, but never your full card number.
• Your payment status, which we receive from Stripe.
• Messages you send us, so we can answer them.

3. Why we use it

To take payments, give and remove group access, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations. Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).

4. Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments, and Telegram, to deliver messages. Stripe and Telegram may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

While you are a member, and payment records for up to six years for tax purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere, by messaging @ZhangWhangValue (opens in a new tab) on Telegram. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

7. This website

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Our web host processes your IP address in its server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel any time in @PricePulseValueBot (Status, then Cancel membership). No further payments are taken, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund a payment by itself.

2. Your first payment

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, message @ZhangWhangValue (opens in a new tab) and we will refund that first payment in full.

3. Renewal payments

Renewal payments are not refundable once taken, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the next 24 hours. If it still cannot be collected, your membership ends, you leave the group, and no charge is taken for the missed month.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
